We create protection...so women can decide

Every community needs a criminal justice systems worthy of a battered women’s trust. When a battered women trusts the system will protect her, she can make decisions to be free of domestic violence. Learn more about how the Duluth Model protects women.

We create an environment where children can connect safely with their parents

Battered women must have a safe place to bring their children when it's time to visit the child’s dad. We provide the only location in the city of Duluth for safe exchanges and supervised visits and facilitate families’ transitions toward long-term safety. Without intervention, women face high risk of on-going violence, witnessed by the children. Learn more about the Duluth Family Visitation Center.

We create change in men who batter
