Before completing the form, you will want to have the following available:
- The completed template of the wheel you would like to translate
- Explanation about any part of the translation that is not exact (for example, there is no translation for “equality”, or the language does not used gendered pronouns, etc)
- The name of the translator or translating agency and agency’s contact information
