The wheels available on our website are free for download and do not require permission to use as a resource for individuals experiencing violence in their homes, or as handouts in a community educational presentation. Local agencies putting on a community presentation or an internal DV training do not need permission to use the wheel.
Before beginning this form, you will want to have the following ready:
- Copies of the materials in which you will use the wheel
- Copies of the image(s) of the wheel(s) you want to use
- Information about why you want to use the wheel
